Architectural Applications

If you are thinking about making a change that would require architectural committee review and approval, please plan well in advance. It is also recommended to wait before setting a schedule with your contractor until an approval has been awarded.

Annual Fire Alarm Inspections 4/25 & 4/27

Mandatory Fire Alarm Inspections – April 25th & 27th

Please be advised that the Annual Fire Alarm Inspection is due. This is a mandatory requirement for the building by fire code, and it will require that all units provide access for an in-unit inspection of the fire alarms within every unit and all common areas. The inspections will be done by the Association’s fire alarm vendor, Low Voltage. The inspection will be done very quickly with about 30 minutes allotted per floor as the vendor will try to minimize the amount of time that the fire alarms are sounding off.

Please Read: Do Not Miss Your Inspection Date!

Please be advised, the schedule has been set in the attached document. Any units who cannot provide access on the scheduled date will require a reschedule inspection, in which the Unit Owner will be responsible for the return trip cost. Keys will not be accepted for this project, Low Voltage requires that someone over the age of eighteen (18) be present to provide access. In addition, dogs cannot be loose in the unit while the inspection takes place. It is highly recommended that you plan accordingly to be home on the day of your unit’s inspection, or have a friend or family member provide access. If you miss your inspection day, you will be responsible for any return trip fees for your unit to be inspected. Thank you!

7th Ave. Parcel Lockers Live!

We are pleased to announce that the 7th Ave. Parcel Pending lockers are now available for use for the 7th Ave. residents! We will reach out to the couriers to inform them that the lockers are now working properly.

In order to use the Parcel Pending lockers, you must select the link below to register your account under your unit. Multiple users can create accounts under the same unit for additional family members, roommates, etc.

Click here to create your Parcel Pending account!

How to receive a package:

  • It is recommended that when you receive tracking information with the ability to add delivery instruction information for a package, that you provide instructions for the courier that there are Parcel Pending lockers in the 7th Ave. lobby. There may be a bit of a learning curve with the couriers to get everyone up to speed that these lockers are now available – so providing this information in the delivery instructions will be most helpful!
  • You are notified from Parcel Pending by email and/or text with an access code when you receive a package.
  • Enter your access code into the touchscreen keypad and retrieve your package.

Am I required to sign-up for Parcel Pending?

  • In order to utilize the lockers for package deliveries, you must create an account with Parcel Pending.

To learn more about Parcel Pending, please go to ParcelPending.com. If you have any questions, contact Parcel Pending at 855-316-4756.

We are confident that Parcel Pending will create a more secure and convenience experience for you to retrieve your packages.

CC&Rs and Bylaws Amendment Townhall Meeting

As you may know, the Board has been working with legal counsel to update both the Bylaws and CC&Rs for the Association to address some operational issues as well as ensure that they are more up to date on legal requirements.

At this point, the Board has arrived at near final drafts of each document. Before sending each document out for member approval, the Board is circulating these drafts to solicit input from the owners. The input form the owners received may result in further changes to the draft documents.  For copies of the draft documents, please email jpoulton@actionlife.com.  Please note that the CC&Rs are in redline as we are updating the current set of CC&Rs whereas the Bylaws are in clean format as we had to use a completely new document as there have been so many changes in the law relative to the items that are addressed in the Bylaws.

On February 9, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. the Board will hold a Zoom townhall meeting with legal counsel present to go over the documents and answer any questions the members may have.  If you are unable to attend in person on this date, you may submit your comments / questions in advance via e-mail to the community manager, Justine Poulton, at jpoulton@actionlife.com.
