It is summertime in 2020, and ballots have been mailed out to all members of The Mills at Cortez Hill. Please be sure to check your mail in the next week for your ballot mailer package. Enclosed you will find ballot voting instructions and your ballot, along with any candidate statements that were submitted for this year’s election. Please submit your vote no later than July 21, 2020 by returning your ballot to Action’s office in San Diego.

Why is it important to vote?
Each year, the association has an Annual Election meeting to determine who will serve on the Board of Directors at The Mills. Each homeowner is given a voice in the form of his/her voting rights to cast their vote for the representative he/she would like to see on the Board. The Board of Directors consists of five (5) members, which serve on the Board and make decisions for the community regarding building maintenance, contracts, community-wide projects, review and approval of proposals and the yearly budget.
