Lockboxes Cut!

A notice was emailed out to residents previously that the lockboxes on the railing at the 6th Ave. parking garage would be cut if not removed by March 20, 2022. This notice is to inform you that several of the lockboxes have been cut. We will store the lockboxes on-site with the Building Engineer for an additional thirty (30) days before disposing of the lockboxes. If one of the cut lockboxes belonged to you, please contact me and I will put you in touch with Miguel to retrieve your lockbox. Moving forward – lockboxes can only be placed on the railings by relators for units with active listings only – the railings are not intended for resident lockboxes for cleaning services, dog walking services, etc. During building-wide projects where the Association requires in-unit access, units will be temporarily allowed to use these rails for lockboxes, but only during the length of time of said projects. We appreciate your cooperation with this matter.
