Manager’s Messages
Community Reminder – Turn in Ballots!
This is a reminder to be sure to turn in your ballots in order to hold our Annual Meeting on Wednesday, April 30th. We are currently short about 20 ballots. If you did not receive a ballot or have misplaced your ballot, please be sure to email Management at mplascencia@actionlife.com to receive a replacement ballot.
In addition, we are still looking for an Inspector of Elections to count the ballots at the Annual Meeting. If you are interested, please contact Management for further details.

Annual Fire Alarm Inspections 4/25 & 4/27
Mandatory Fire Alarm Inspections – April 25th & 27th
Please be advised that the Annual Fire Alarm Inspection is due. This is a mandatory requirement for the building by fire code, and it will require that all units provide access for an in-unit inspection of the fire alarms within every unit and all common areas. The inspections will be done by the Association’s fire alarm vendor, Low Voltage. The inspection will be done very quickly with about 30 minutes allotted per floor as the vendor will try to minimize the amount of time that the fire alarms are sounding off.
Please Read: Do Not Miss Your Inspection Date!
Please be advised, the schedule has been set in the attached document. Any units who cannot provide access on the scheduled date will require a reschedule inspection, in which the Unit Owner will be responsible for the return trip cost. Keys will not be accepted for this project, Low Voltage requires that someone over the age of eighteen (18) be present to provide access. In addition, dogs cannot be loose in the unit while the inspection takes place. It is highly recommended that you plan accordingly to be home on the day of your unit’s inspection, or have a friend or family member provide access. If you miss your inspection day, you will be responsible for any return trip fees for your unit to be inspected. Thank you!
