Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspections – Oct. 27th & 28th

Please be advised that the Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection is due. Please note that this is a mandatory requirement for the building by fire code, and it will require that all units provide access for an in-unit inspection of the fire sprinklers within every unit and all common areas. The inspections are done by a fire sprinkler vendor, and this inspection will be done with Western Fire Protection. The inspections within a unit typically only last 3-5 minutes, and the goal is to notate any fire sprinklers that need to be replaced to keep the fire system in check.

Please Read: Do Not Miss Your Inspection Date!

Please be advised, the schedule has been set in the attached document. Any units who cannot provide access on the scheduled date will require a re-inspection at the cost of the owner of the unit, which can be up to $400.00. Keys will not be accepted for this project, Western Fire Protection requires that someone over the age of eighteen (18) be present to provide access. In addition, dogs cannot be loose in the unit while the inspection takes place. It is highly recommended that you plan accordingly to be home on the day of your unit’s inspection, or have a friend or family member provide access. If you miss your inspection day, you will be responsible for any return trip fees for your unit to be inspected. Thank you!
