Please Clean Up After Your Pets

It has been brought to Management’s attention that there have been several instances lately of pet urine/waste being left in the common areas/hallways and exterior of the buildings. We respectfully ask that you clean up after your pets if they have an accident. Please note that any pet damage caused to common areas is a violation of the community rules, and applicable fines may apply. If your pet has an accident on a carpeted area of the community, please report this to Community Care at (800) 400-2284 so that we can dispatch the Association’s janitorial services.
