7th Ave. Lobby Construction

Please be advised that beginning next Wednesday, 3/2, Soundproofing San Diego will be performing soundproofing work in the 7th Ave. lobby in preparation for the Parcel Pending lockers. This project is the first step in getting the lockers delivered. This work is expected to take 8-9 days (excluding weekends). Once this work is complete, the Board of Directors will be reviewing options to replace the tile flooring in the lobby and elevator, as well as options to redecorate the lobby. The final step of this project will be having the Parcel Pending lockers delivered.

We apologize in advance for any noise disturbances caused by this work. The contractors will be working during the approved construction hours for the building, which is between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

The 6th Ave. Parcel Pending lockers (install location in the 6th Ave. garage, where the bike racks used to be) should be delivered within the next several weeks – I will send out another update when I have a delivery date confirmed.
