Horizontal Main Lines Preventative Maintenance Project

Thursday, May 26th – Friday, May 27th

The Association’s plumbing vendor, Countywide, will be clearing the horizontal main lines in the parking garage as part of the Association’s annual plumbing maintenance. This work is necessary in order to maintain the integrity of the pipes and to help prevent possible backups into units. Therefore, residents listed in the schedule attached must relocate their vehicle from their parking space(s) during the designated date and time. This only affects spots listed in the schedule on P1 and P2 – those who park on P3 are not affected for this work.

Any vehicle owners listed below that do not vacate their parking spot during their scheduled day & time may have their vehicle towed at the Owner’s expense.
