Vehicle Gate Camera Monitoring LIVE!

We are happy to announce that the cameras at both vehicle gates are now actively being monitored 24/7. Our monitoring company, Elite Security & Surveillance, has installed audio capabilities at these two cameras so that when a pedestrian enters through the vehicle gates, a live agent will come over the intercom and ask the trespasser to leave the property. If the trespasser does not leave, the agent will contact the police. The agent will only come over the intercom if a pedestrian goes through the vehicle gates – so animals/vehicles will not trigger the call-down.

With that said – please do not walk through the vehicle gates from this point on, otherwise you will receive a call-down from the live agent (the pedestrian gate on 6th Ave. next to the vehicle gate will not trigger the call-down). The intent of this new service is to catch trespassers who trail in behind vehicles entering the gate.
