The Mills Drain Project Schedule

Drain Preventative Maintenance Project:

Monday, July 12-16 and Monday, July 19-23

The Association’s plumbing vendor, Countywide, will be clearing the drain line through the kitchen sink in each unit stack. This work is necessary in order to maintain the integrity of the pipes and to help prevent possible backups into units. Therefore, all residents must be present on their unit’s scheduled date for the work to be done. This means if you are in the “01” stack, all residents from 101, 201, 301, and 401 must provide access at the same time so that the drain line can be cleared. If you are not able to provide access during your scheduled time, a locksmith will be onsite and utilized for access. If you have made other arrangements for access, please be sure to confirm with Management by emailing Justine Poulton at jpoulton@actionlife.com at least three (3) business days prior to your scheduled date. Once all units have been serviced, the lines will need to be flushed on the garage levels (P1 & P2). Please check the schedule to ensure you vacate the garage if you park on P1 or P2 level. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

Please note that access is required between 9:00am – 5:00pm each day for this project. You are not required to stay the entire time, but you will need to ensure access is provided for Countywide to perform the drain work on your unit’s scheduled date. Any unit owners that do not provide access may be called to a hearing and fined for any costs associated with a reschedule maintenance visit or locksmith fees associated with acquiring access to the unit, which can be up to $500.00.

For in-unit access, the building engineer will be present.
